Regional business registry portal BIFIDEX starts with commercial services, May 2021.
The Management Board of the Regional business registry portal BIFIDEX representing the business registers from Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, The Republic of Srpska (Bosnia Herzegovina) and Montenegro, is launching the first set of commercial services in May 2021.
As the first multilingual and interactive regional business registry platform, BIFIDEX comprises real-time searchable data and services of 1.5 million companies and legal entities and over 2 million owners and managers.
APIF BiH-RS has released a company data on SEE Regional Business Registries Portal – BIFIDEX, Banja Luka, May 5th 2020
The Agency for intermediary, IT and financial services, Banja Luka (APIF) today actually joined the Regional Portal of Business Registers of Southeast Europe (BIFIDEX) by publishing up-to-date business information.
By joining the Regional Portal (BIFIDEX), APIF would like to introduce Republika Srpska's economy to the region and enable information sharing that will open channels for partnerships between businesses. As business registry authority, APIF holds data of approximately 60,000 registered business entities including data on financial statements.

Program for creating financial statements (FIA) allows data entry and preparation of files in the proper format and structure for the submission of financial reports in the Register kept by APIF.

Governmentof Republic of Srpska in the last session adopted the Regulation on amendments to the Regulation on registration of rural households and providers of catering services in apartments, houses and rooms for rent. Regulation was adopted in accordance with the amended Act on hospitality, which became effective from 12.01.2013. year.

In the "Sluzbeni Glasnik ofthe Republic of Serbian", number 89 / 13th from 10/17/2013. year, a new Regulation on classification of family farms into commercial and non-commercial family farms is published. Publication and entry nto force of this Ordinance all formal legal requirements for renewal of registration in the register of holdings under the new registration system have been met.
