Unified Register of Accounts (TSA) was established by proclamation of the Unified Register of Business Entities, 17.05.2004. year.

The Act stipulates that APIF establishes and maintains a register which includes all accounts (foreign and KM) legal entities established in the Republika Srpska, the parts of legal entities outside the RS, administration bodies and other government agencies and organizations, units of local government and physical entities - entrepreneurs, who are kept in banks and parts of the banks operating in the territory of the Republic of Srpska.

APIF's Division of Information Technology is based on experience, using its own resources, did a complete IT solution to the registry, which covers all activities, ranging from Internet communication with the Central Bank and authorized users of data, sending data to its own Intranet network by all business units and agencies. This provides that all legal and natural persons, in every APIF-counter, can apply and get a proper certificate from the Public Registry account.
