It can be done in one of the following two ways:

First by submitting a CSV file, whose name and structure are described here, and an example of such a file is available here. This method applies to those taxpayers who have software for managing financial accounting, and where that software vendors  have option of exporting data in such format.

Second by submitting the completed XLS file, which is published at site of Banja Luka Stock Exchange, and can be downloaded here. XLS file name is arbitrary.

Delivery of files can be done:
- Email (email of APIF's Offices)
- On a USB stick or CD / DVD

Please note that you are still obligated to submit the printed version of the financial statements, along with other prescribed documents. The advantage of electronic submission  is that your report will be processed  in a much shorter period of time,and then can be used to fit needs.
